Mars Bar Slice (No Bake Squares)

Who doesn’t love a no-bake squres or slice? Especially one which combines Mars Bars, chocolate and crunchy Rice Bubbles to give you a delicious bite sized treat.

This slice is so simple to make, you only need four ingredients – the hardest part is waiting for it to set in the fridge!

No Bake Squares – Easy Mars Bar Slice Recipe

Ingredients

5 Mars Bars
125g / 4 1/2 oz of Butter
4 cups of Rice Bubbles
220g / 8 oz block of Milk Chocolate

Method

1. Line a slice tin with non stick baking paper, making sure to leave excess paper hanging over the edges.

2. Cut four of the Mars Bars into small pieces and place them into a medium saucepan. Add the butter and stir over a low heat until melted and combined.

3. Place the rice bubblies in a separate bowl, and pour over the melted mixture. Mix together and pour into the prepared tray. Use the back of a spoon to spread and press into the tray.

4. Slice the extra Mars Bar pieces and set aside.

5. Break the Milk Chocolate into small pieces. Place pieces in a microwave safe bowl and cook on a high heat for 30 second spurts, stirring in between until melted.

6. Pour the melted chocolate over the slice and decorate with the extra pieces of Mars Bar.

7. Place slice in the fridge for approximately 2 hours or until set. Cut into small pieces to serve.
