Cupcake Recipe

Sometimes it’s the simple things that are the best. I mean, who can resist a plain vanilla homemade Cupcake when it’s topped with icing that is both delicious and easy and then decorated with 100s and 1000s?

This recipe is practically no fail, all you need to do is combine the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer for a few minutes, pop them in the oven and in no time you will be enjoying one of these gorgeous cakes.

Your kids can also get involved with jobs like sifting, cracking eggs, measuring ingredients – and don’t forget licking the bowl! With school holiday around the corner, these cupcakes are the perfect accompaniment to your picnic, playdate or tea party.
