{PRODUCT RECALL} ALDI’s Jack ‘n’ Jill Wooden Jungle Railway Set

{PRODUCT RECALL} ALDI’s Jack ‘n’ Jill Wooden Jungle Railway Set

A wooden train set that has been popular with Australian families has been recalled due to parts of the toy being unsafe for children.

The Jack ‘n’ Jill Wooden Jungle Railway Set was sold in Aldi stores throughout Australia between the 30th of May and the 13th of June this year.

The product is not compliant with the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 — Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age’, which means that there are small moving parts that can easily be dislodged by young children, becoming a choking hazard.

Aldi advises parents to stop using the product immediately and remove from the reach of their children.
