Kerri-Anne Kennerley’s Husband John Is out Of Intensive Care
After spending six weeks in intense care at the Royal North Shore Hospital, John Kennerley is finally well enough to to leave the unit and prepare for the next phase in his recovery.
The 75 year old husband of TV personality Kerri-Anne Kennerley sustained serious neck fractures as a result of a fall he had a few months ago. He has barely been able to move or communicate since the accident.
“After 6 and a half weeks in Intensive Care John is moving to the spinal unit,” the TV personality, 62, proudly posted on Instagram. The photo showed a smiling John in a neck brace surrounded by his caring medical team.
“Just a few of the brilliant nurses and doctors who looked after him 24 hours a day. Thank you to these wonderful professionals.”
The retired businessman suffered his fall at the Bonville Golf Resort at Coffs Harbour while taking a photograph on March 6.
We all wish John a very speedy and full recovery!
