Real Life Ken Doll Spends Over $500,000 on Surgery to Look Like ‘The Ideal Man’

Real Life Ken Doll
Rodrigo Alves, a London-based air steward has told how he has spent over $500,000 in an attempt to change his appearance. Rodrigo, from Brazil, says he is addicted to plastic surgery and easily undergoes 15 operations a year.
Rodrigo started having plastic surgery when he moved to London for work in 2004 and felt he didn’t fit in with his fashionable friends. Up to date he’s had 42 operations and says ‘I was born in the wrong body. My soul never matched up with the rest of me, and now it does.’

When asked about why he chose to emulate his looks on Ken, he says:
‘I never set out to look like Ken. But people have increasingly commented on how similar we are. I’m happy with my look but I will continue with surgery.’
His long list of procedures includes Botox and fillers, three nose jobs, liposuction to his jaw and pec implants.
Rodrigo also indulges in Botox and filler top-ups and takes an array of daily pills consisting of collagen tablets, anti-water retention and hair growth pills. Rodrigo said he ‘admires’ Barbie’s boyfriend Ken – because he looks like the ‘ideal man’.
The surgery addict also had the skin between his inside lip and gum cut to give him a wider smile, and liposuction in his legs and back, which was re-injected elsewhere in a bid to make him look younger.
The Brazilian has had many critics attack him and his attempts at perfecting his body through surgery. People question why he couldn’t just go to the gym to work out and get a six pack instead of spending thousands on pec implants and liposuction.
Rodrigo answers his critics by saying he has an illness that prevents him from being able to work out at a gym:
‘I wasn’t born this way, I made myself this way. To match my #soul I was born in the wrong body and it took me a lot of courage to do something about it the only way to reinvent myself was with #plasticsurgery since GOING to the #gym doesn’t work for me due an endocrine disorder.
He goes on to say:
‘My makeover made myself confident and happy and a confident speaker knowledgeable enough in the subject of body image, helping others with advices from my own life experiences, And to talk about plastic surgery and its benefits, risks, recovering time, and to find the best surgeon in the world to enhance and change my body on the way that I wanted it to be.
I consider myself a fighter and today a winner because it didn’t not take me only a lot of time and money but courage and determination and faith to achieve the best that my body could be with 42 plastic surgeries and a very special thank you the the best.’
