Angelina Jolie Reveals All Her Children Are Learning A Different Language

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt certainly have their hands full raising their brood of six kids but by the sounds of it they look to be growing up very worldly indeed.

Jolie, 41 recently spoke on BBC Radio 4’s Women’s Hour where she discussed her six children- 14-year-old Maddox, 12-year-old Pax, 11-year-old Zahara, 10-year-old Shiloh, and 7-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
The actress said that all her kids are learning different languages each. Jolie gave them a choice of what they wanted to learn and they all picked a different tongue.
“I asked them what languages they wanted to learn and Shi is learning Khmai, which is a Cambodian language, Pax is focusing on Vietnamese, Mad has taken to German and Russian, Z is speaking French, Vivienne really wanted to learn Arabic, and Knox is learning sign language,” Jolie said. “I suppose that just means you don’t know who your children are until they show you who they are, and they are just becoming whoever they want to be.”

Although both her and Pitt are successful actors, it looks like none of their children want to follow in their footsteps.
“None of my kids want to be actors. They are actually very interested in being musicians,” Jolie said. “I think they like the process of film from the outside. Mad is interested in editing. Pax loves music and deejaying.”
Jolie even had to convince the kids to be a part of Kung Fu Panda 3. None of them were really excited to lend their voices to the animated characters but Jolie managed to twist Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and Knox’s arm so they wouldn’t regret it in the future.
“They were kind of shy,” Jolie said about her kids. “They don’t really want to be actors, but I didn’t want them to miss the opportunity. They came in, and they had a lot of fun with it.”
