Rumours surrounding the relationship between Terri Irwin and Russell Crowe began to surface earlier this year when they were spotted out together but representatives for both stars were quick to shut them down.
Now they look to be back, this time hinting at wedding bells for the two. Australian publication New Idea claims Terri Irwin and Russell Crowe are talking marriage as their alleged relationship heats up. The magazine goes on to say that the pair are set to go public with their romance because Irwin doesn’t want to hide it any longer’.
Crowe is still legally married to Danielle Spencer with whom he shares two sons – Tennyson,9 and Charlie,12. The two have been separated for four years. Irwin has two children herself, Bindi and Bob with her late husband Steve Irwin.
Sources close to the couple say Crowe provided tremendous support for Irwin and her kids following her husband’s death. The actor has always remained close to the family and the two of them share a lot of similar interests and are at the same stage in their lives. Both are high profile in their industries, both have kids and both are looking for love. A friend of the couple says:
‘Obviously Russ has been through a lot of pain because of how much he loved Danielle and Terri relates to that because she’s struggled to find anyone who’s matched up to Steve. This is a big reason they’re so compatible – they’re on the same wavelength about never expecting to find true love again,’ the source said.
Time will tell whether there is any truth to this rumour but whatever the result may be, the two of them deserve to find love and happiness at whatever stage of their lives they’re at. We wish them both all the best!
