Coco Austin Is Told To Stop Showing Off Her Body Because She’s A Mum!

Coco Austin Is Told To Stop Showing Off Her Body Because She’s A Mum!

Coco Austin has never been one to shy away from the camera and becoming a mum was not going to change that.

In fact, despite what many people think becoming a mum doesn’t automatically mean you cut your hair, stop wearing short skirts and start crocheting in front of the TV. (Nothing against those who CHOOSE to do that but let’s not judge the mums who don’t!)

The sexy mum and wife of Law and Order star Ice T, recently shared photos from her new lingerie collection and let’s just say people are shook. I mean they are seriously hating on the fact that a mum has dared to bare her body in such an unmotherly way! In fact one commenter called her ‘disgusting’ for daring to bare some skin.

The lingerie range is called CocoLicious and let’s be honest, it was NEVER going to be about flannel pyjamas and fluffy slippers.

The range is black, barely there and very sexy! And if women, mums or not, choose to wear it, then good for them I say!

“Lingerie is meant to be fun!! Go ahead and live a little!” Coco Austin writes in one of her Instagram posts about her new line.

Coco and Ice-T are the proud parents of 2-year-old Coco Chanel and often share photos of themselves on Instagram.

But it seems the haters just can’t get over the fact that a mother would dare to bare so much flesh in a photo. Check out some of the comments left on Coco’s Instagram post.

And the comments go on and on! Coco hasn’t responded to the hateful words and nor should she have to. In fact no woman should have to explain why she chooses to dress or portray herself in a particular way. Her life, her choices.

The most disappointing thing in this whole debate is that the majority of criticism and judgment comes from other mums. Instead of women sticking together and supporting the tribe it seems many are quick to cut a woman down for daring to lead a different life to their own.

It’s okay. There’s room for all of us mummies in this world. The ones who choose to have their tits out and those who choose to cover up. In fact there is no research to suggest that the more clothes you wear the better parent you are. Am I right?!
