Comedian Tom Arnold Is Being Paid A Ludicrous Amount To Be In The Jungle!
Comedian Tom Arnold is currently in the jungle for I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and by the sounds of things ‘out of there’ is definitely where he wants to be!
The grumpy American hasn’t won any brownie points with viewers with his moping and constant whinging. In fact we’re not sure if he’s actually left his bed at all!
If that wasn’t bad enough, now it’s been revealed that Arnold is being paid a whopping $40,000 a week to grace Australia with his presence.
The actor, who became famous for his roles on the sitcom Roseanne and the films True Lies and Nine Months, has been blasted on Twitter for looking so miserable all the time.
Media analyst Steve Allen agreed Arnold’s ridiculous paycheck wasn’t worth it for Channel Ten.
“Tom could easily be the star but clearly he seems to think it is beneath him,” he said.
It almost seems like Arnold had no idea what the show was about before signing up. And that’s because he didn’t!
Arnold told the hosts of the show he couldn’t believe it was going to air. “I thought it would be ‘celebs please assemble at the campsite for an hour of filming, then we can all go back to our luxury hotel and order room service’,” he told Chris Brown and Julia Morris.
When he asked if he was enjoying the experience he had a lot to say. “It’s horrible, are you kidding me? It’s the worst thing I’ve ever been through. I didn’t know it was going to be real, or I wouldn’t have signed up for it.”
You know what to do Australia- get voting!
