Kim Kardashian West Slammed For Letting Six Year Old Daughter Wear Large Hoop Earrings!

Kim Kardashian West Slammed For Letting Six Year Old Daughter Wear Large Hoop Earrings!

Kim Kardashian West is in the firing line yet again for her parenting choices. The reality TV star has been slammed online for allowing six year old North to wear giant hoop earrings.

The mum of four shared a cute pic on Instagram of the pair doing a ‘pinky promise’ pact where West wrote: “Pinky swear we’re besties for life!”

Some fans took the picture for what it was…just a cute shot of mum and daughter…others felt it was their duty as key board warriors to call out the star for her parenting choices.

One said: “Cute but those giant hoops for a little girl? She’s not even 11 yet.”

Another wrote: “I worry for her ears! I’m nearly 30 and I still worry someone/a child or my dog will rip them out!”

“The earring are ridiculous … let a kid act like a kid,” commented another.

Pinky swear we’re besties for life!!!

Are the earrings big? Yes absolutely! But we don’t know what went on during the pic. Maybe North was playing dress ups. Maybe they were just taking the photo and she was going to then take them out. Who knows?!

One said: “OK I never say anything bad regarding anyone’s kids, but, North has no business wearing hoops that big at what, 6? They’re gonna pull on her little holes.”

While many slammed the mum for the hoops, others were quick to jump to her defence saying North was “just dressing up”.

“Why the negativity she’s only dressing up she looks cool,” one follower said.

Another said: “People just can’t mind their business. Must you complain about everything?”

“I think it would only be an issue if they were heavy and could stretch her earlobes,” they said. “But lots are made with very light materials now, so probably fine.”

The 38 year old star has been criticised numerous times for her parenting decisions so we’re pretty sure she’d not taking much notice of this latest furore.

Back in 2017 West received backlash for allowing a three-year-old North to wear black lipstick. Then she was told off for straightening her naturally curly hair for an event.

One wrote: “It affects young fans that look up to them and these young kids thinking that they also need to straighten their hair at such a young age.

“And thinking that curly hair doesn’t look good and it becomes an insecurity for them. Sometimes you should think about the effects things like this has on a young girls (and some boys) image in our society.”

The latest parenting issue had to do with her youngest daughter Chicago who most recently was filmed handling a snake like a boss! Fans of the Wests voiced their concerns not for the child but for the snake. Apparently the youngster was being too rough with the snake.

How about we all just mind our own damn business and scroll on if we see something we don’t like? Yes, even if it’s from a Kardashian!
