My Kitchen Rules’ JP Huillet Breaks His Silence About Ex-Girlfriend Nelly Riggio Dating Adriano Zumbo
Just a few days ago celebrity chef Adriano Zumbo confirmed he was in a relationship with ex My Kitchen Rules contestant Nelly Riggio who had been in a serious relationship with partner JP Huillet during filming of the show.
The former contestants were dubbed Queensland “Lovebirds” by the show’s producers due to their constant public displays of affection. So you could imagine everyone’s shock when news broke that Hulliet and Riggio were no longer together and she was now dating Zumbo.
JP Huillet took to Instagram on Wednesday breaking his silence on the whole relationship between Riggio and Zumbo. He shared a snap of himself with the words ‘thank you’ across the front. Huillet captioned the image with a thank you note to family, friends and fans, assuring them he was “happy and healthy”.
“I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who supported me yesterday and continue to today and moving forward!” the Queenslander wrote.
“Family, friends and fans (so weird to say that!) your kind words and messages have helped through a tough time.”
“Just so everyone knows I’m happy and healthy and wish nothing but the best for everyone involved.”
His fans and followers were told he was not about to let the break up of his relationship hold him back.
“For anyone who knows me I’m super positive I love life and nothing will hold me down! So just to show my endless appreciation to EVERYONE thank you and I love you all!”
He finished the post with a series of hashtags including #nohate, #behappy and #bigthingstocome.
The relationship between Zumbo and Reggio was confirmed with a snap of the cosy pair on holiday in the Maldives.
“Happy New Year 2017 from the Maldives! Looking forward to many years with this Hottie,” Zumbo captioned the image.
Riggio began working in the research and development team at Zumbo Patisserie in September, having moved to Sydney for the job. While the aspiring chef was still with Huillet at the time, their relationship deteriorated within a few months of the move.
