Superheroes can do anything, right? They are always smart, handsome and witty, and have a talent for causing mischief in the triumph of good over evil. It turns out Ryan Reynolds is a real-life superhero after he came to the rescue of a heartbroken teen on Twitter.
High school student Gabi Dunn tweeted a couple of photoshopped pictures of the Deadpool star’s handsome head and suited up bod over that of her former boyfriend on prom night because she was upset they had just broken up.
The teenager had added the caption: ‘My boyfriend and I broke up a few days after prom, so I decided to “edit” the photos a little @VancityReynolds.’

She didn’t actually do too horrible a job, either. A little dusty round the edges perhaps, but the ex-boyfriend was well and truly erased.
