In a new clip from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim can’t hide her surprise when she discovers that Scott Disick spent the night at Kourtney’s house while the couple were meant to be broken up.

While Kourtney and Kim are talking loudly about Disick in the kitchen, he then walks in looking disheveled and searching for car keys.

“I’ve never heard so much f—king noise in one house,” he says as Kim, 35, watches him with genuine surprise.

During a solo confessional Kim admits she was more than a little shocked to see that Disick had obviously spent the night at Kourtney’s house.

“I am in shock,” she says. “I haven’t seen him in so long. He obviously spent the night and Kourtney didn’t mention that he was there. I thought Kourtney was really strong and firm. I just don’t understand.”

It’s true that Kourtney, 36, and Disick have remained friendly both on and off camera since their very public split in July. The mom of three has even taken their children — Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months — to visit their father at the Malibu treatment center where he checked in last month.

But, Kourtney reassures Kim in the clip, being cordial and getting back together are two very different things.

“It’s like, he keeps saying, ‘I just want my family or whatever,’ so I was like, ‘Well, what are you doing to try to change your life?’” Kourtney was telling Kim before Disick walked in.

“There’s just a lot that would have to happen for him to get on a good path,” Kourtney concludes.
