The Kardashian sisters are as famous for their voluptuous derrieres as they are for… well…being famous!
The eldest Kardashian has one of the most coveted bodies of all the sisters and now Kourtney has let the world know exactly how she manages to keep her butt so pert!
The 37-year-old has said that as well as hitting the gym up to 6 times a week she also does 100 squats in the bathroom every day just before she gets into the shower.
“No matter what I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won’t forget. It’s like my time. I’m about to get in the shower and I just do 100 squats,” she said.
“If I know bikini time is coming up or I have a trip or I have something that I want to be extra in shape for, I’ll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps. I’ll try to do three sets of 25 a day.”
The mum of three says she loves to vary her workouts so that she doesn’t get bored.
“I love to switch it up… when you get too much into a workout routine your body gets used to it.”
Her best fitness advice though, is having a workout partner. “I usually work out with Khloe and we have a trainer. We are always doing something different and we usually leave it up to the trainer.”
Kourtney’s diet also must have apt to do with keeping her body in check. “The first thing I have when I wake up is an avocado smoothie. I would say the avocado shake definitely makes my skin glow and my hair really healthy.”
