Teresa Guidice Is Out Of Prison And Home For The Holidays

Teresa Guidice, star of reality show The Real Housewives of New Jersey, was released early from prison on Wednesday so she could spend Christmas with her family.

Teresa, 43, was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, at 5:01 a.m. Wednesday morning after serving nearly a year for fraud charges. Sources have said this week that she was “beyond excited” to return to husband Joe and her four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.

Interestingly enough though, a surprise was waiting for Teresa in the driveway of her New Jersey home.
A brand new $90,000 Lexus SUV adorned with a big red bow was awaiting the reality star upon her arrival.
A very strange gift considering Teresa and her husband Joe were found guilty of bankruptcy fraud and they now currently owe over $214,589. Their lawyer declined to detail how the Giudices paid for the luxury car given the money problems that led to their convictions.

A “very upbeat” Giudice had an emotional reunion with her husband, Joe, and her daughters, with whom she’ll enjoy a “nice, quiet, low-key holiday,” her lawyer, James Leonard, told reporters outside her house. She will remain in home confinement until Feb. 5. Which I’m sure is just what she wants after a year behind bars.
Sources have also confirmed that one of Teresa’s first stops after leaving prison was Starbucks so she could get herself a real coffee. Now that, I can understand!
