WATCH: Four Layer Sushi Dip Recipe

Remember the over popular 7 layer Mexican Dip? 4 Layer Sushi Dip is a modern take, with much less hassle.

Philadephia Cream Cheese combined with the salty soy, tart vinegar and spicy wasabi replicate the ‘sushi’ flavor. Top with the popular salmonand avocado and shaved dried seaweed. Serve with rice crackers.

This is a budget savvy, easy entertaining recipe which will impress guests.

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 250g Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original Block
  • 4 x Wasabi sashes (from sushi take-away)
  • 4 x Soy Sauce sashes (from sushi take-away)
  • 1 x Piece Dried Seaweed (as garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Smoked Salmon Slices
  • ½ Avocado
  • Rice Crackers to serve

Instructions

  1. Leave the Philadelphia Cream Cheese on the counter to soften a little
  2. On a dry board, chop fine shards of the seaweed and set aside.
  3. In a food processor, combine the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Soy, Wasabi and Vinegar. Spread out onto a serving dish.
  4. Dice the avocado into small pieces. Layer over the top of the cream cheese dip
  5. Finely slice the smoked salmon, sprinkle over the top of the avocado
  6. Just before serving, top with the seaweed shards. Best eaten with rice crackers.
