Tara Brown and a 60 Minutes crew could face up to 20 years in a Lebanese jail after facing charges over a botched child recovery mission in the capital Beirut.
Tara Brown, senior producer Stephen Rice, camera man Ben Williamson and sound recordist David Ballment are facing four separate charges, including kidnapping, causing harm and not respecting local authority.
They all appeared individual in court on Tuesday night before a Judge, where they were asked if they wanted representation in the case, before being questioned.
All four answered the Judges questions regarding the kidnaps claims, which carry between three years and life. Lebanese news service the Daily Star reports the charges could lead to jail time up to 20 years.
In positive news, the judge could downgrade the charges following the interviews.
A full court hearing is expected on Wednesday.
