Authorities Called in To Investigate After Young Girl Gave Birth at Just 11 Years Old!

An 11 year old girl is believed to be Britain’s youngest mother ever after giving birth earlier this month. The young girl’s situation is currently being investigated by authorities after her family claim they had no idea she was pregnant.

Mother and child are both doing well and are healthy. Social services however are investigating how this happened after a source close to the family said, “It has come as a big shock. She’s now being surrounded by expert help. The main thing is that she and the baby are OK.”

The most worrying part is that her family claim to have had no knowledge of the pregnancy. “There are questions around why people did not know. That is very worrying,” the source said.

Sun doctor Carol Cooper said: “This is the youngest mother I’ve heard of. The average age at which a girl begins puberty is 11, though it can be anytime between 8 and 14, or younger. Weight affects many hormones. Because children are heavier, puberty is happening earlier these days.”

She added: “There’s a higher risk of a low-birthweight baby, pre-eclampsia, premature labour and many infections.Studies how that around one in every 2,500 births happens to someone who doesn’t know she’s pregnant (or has hidden it).”
