Beau and Kara Ryan Reveal They are Stronger Than Ever After Cheating Scandal

Beau and Kara Ryan have opened up to Woman’s Day Magazine claiming that they are stronger than ever after last year’s cheating scandal.
Late last year, NRL star Beau allegedly had liaisons with former Hi-5 performer Lauren Brant when they starred together in the Sydney stage production Aladdin and his Wondrous Lamp last July.
“It was like my whole world just fell apart. I was just really upset and embarrassed and all I could think about was my family. I just wanted to make sure they were all right,” says Beau, 30, of the publicity storm.
As for his wife Kara, who was having an even tougher time, the 30-year-old was shocked by the sudden interest in her private life.
“It was overwhelming. I was upset and confused,” she admits, revealing that she chose to stay holed up at their family home, rather than face the public.
And while other women might have walked away, Kara was always determined to keep her family together.
“I know that Beau’s a good person. It’s not like he was this monster that I just couldn’t be around,” she explained.
“I was actually more worried for Beau, if I’m honest,” she says. “He was still a very beautiful person and a loving father. The grass isn’t always greener, and while it was a difficult situation, running from anything in life is never the answer.”
