Bindi Irwin Calls her Dad her ‘Superhero’ as she Announces new show on Netflix

Bindi Irwin lost her famous father Steve when she was only seven-years-old. And now, the 16-year-old is doing her best to live his legacy.

In a new interview, Bindi says that she is now finishing up her education online thanks to her busy schedule at the zoo and filming her new show.

Bindi’s Bootcamp, which will be streamed on Netflix, challenges children to live life the way she was raised – track animals, identify various types of ‘poo’, and other challenges.

She also said that her biggest goal in life is to make her father proud.

‘He was our living, breathing superhero,’ she gushed.

The one thing she is changing about herself as she grows up is her look admitting she is ‘kind of stepping away from khaki’ as she tries different styles.

Since Steve’s death in 2006, both Bindi and younger brother Robert have dedicated their lives to being ‘wildlife warriors’ just like their father.
