Bobbi Kristina Brown to be taken out of coma.
Since she was found face-down in her bathtub on January 31st, Bobbi Kristina Brown has been unresponsive and in a medically induced coma.
The latest decision by doctors is to wean her off the medication that keeps her in the coma.
“We’re all hoping and praying that this will give us some answers,” said a family source, who adds that Bobbi’s condition remains severe.
Professor Subhashini Ramesh explained to PEOPLE the reasons behind taking a patient out of a coma. “They take them off a medically induced coma for two reasons – because the underlying problem has improved, or to simply get a sense of what the patient is able to do for themselves.”
