Home and Away star Alec Snow (who plays Matt on the show) and his girlfriend Demi Harman have proved that long-distance relationships can work.
The cute couple hit the slopes at Thredbo over the weekend to celebrate the first lot of winter snow.
Demi left Home and Away and her character Sasha for a role on Better Homes and Gardens and to join the cast of Winners and Losers. Her role means she is based in Melbourne while Alec stays in Sydney to film Home and Away.
The loved up pair make time to see each other on weekends.
