Delta Goodrem Writes Song for Friend’s Gay Wedding
Delta Goodrem has shown just how much she supports same sex marriage by writing a song and performing it at a wedding for two of her gay friends.
Delta performed the song at the wedding of Australian make-up artist Glenn Nutley and American film publicist Chris Garcia at West Hollywood’s The London hotel at the end of last year.
She also sang for the couple’s wedding dance to the songs Spend My Life With You and First Dance at the reception.
She recently shared the song on her Facebook page with the hash tag #lovewins.
Delta has long been a supporter of same sex marriage. She has performed at Mardi Gras and spoke out saying, “It’s a non-conversation for me. Some of my best friends are gay, so I can’t understand any other way of thinking except that love is love.”
