Emma Freedman Back at Channel Nine Only Months After Being Sacked
Just over a year after being sacked by the network, Emma Freedman has announced that she is re-joining the team.
The bubbly presenter made the announcement on Twitter saying, “I’m excited to be rejoining the team at @WWOS9 (Wide World of Sports) & am looking forward to being back hosting on Sunday mornings with the team”.
The former Weekend Today weather presenter and Wide World of Sports regular was dumped by Channel Nine in a cost-cutting move back in December 2014.
Since the axing, she has appeared on Channel Seven’s Dancing with the Stars and her radio career has flourished.
