TV and radio personality Glenn Wheeler has thanked his supporters as he recovers from a motor scooter accident which happened in February this year.
Glenn suffered serious head injuries in the accident and continues to undergo brain rehab at a Sydney hospital.
In a recorded message that was played during an event Wednesday night that was organised to raise money for Glenn’s treatment, he thanked his supporters saying, “Thank you everybody collectively for the fabulous support that I have had, that this little black duck has had over the last two years. It hasn’t been easy. I have had my tough times and, yes, I’ve nearly been to death and back. One thing is for sure, when it happens once it could happen again and if it happens to you next time, I hope I get to chip in and support it.”
The Morning Show hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies visited Glenn on Tuesday to record the segment.
