On Tuesday night’s episode of The Voice Australia, Delta Goodrem was fuming after Jessie J convinced an artist to go with the Madden Brothers instead of Delta.
Contestant Joe Moore performed an amazing version of Ed Sheeran’s ‘I See Fire’ which turned all four of the judges chairs.
When it came to giving their pitch, Jessie J shocked everyone by trying to convince Joe to go with the Madden Brothers team.
“That’s the quickest I’ve turned around this year, because I wanted to see you perform,” she told the contestant. “But, from one Brit to another, if I was you, I would pick the Maddens. It’s my opinion. I want you to do well. And I think everything that you embody, they’re going to be the best coaches.”
Absolutely seething, Delta shot back, “You’ve never seen us coach!”
In the end, Joe decided to take Jessie J’s advice and go with The Madden Brothers, and Delta was not impressed.
Speaking to the camera, Delta said: “I’m not happy, I’m not happy, I’m not happy to be thrown under. I’m furious. I think that was bulls**t.”
