Lea Michele’s Sweet Tribute to Corey Monteith

Lea Michele has paid tribute to Cory Monteith with a new tattoo
After previously dedicating one of her songs, “You’re Mine,” to her former boyfriend, Cory Monteith, Lea Michele has given herself a permanent way to remember the late actor: a new tattoo.
Michele tweeted a pair of photos showing off two tattoos she received as a tribute to her late grandmother, who died earlier this week, and her former Glee costar and real-life boyfriend, Cory Monteith.
“For you Grandma.. I love you forever,” she tweeted alongside a photo of a tattoo of a coffee cup on her ring finger. The actress then followed up with a photo of the number five — a reference to the jersey number worn by Finn Hudson, the character Corey played on Glee from 2009-2013 — tattooed under her arm. And one more.. for my quarterback,” the tweet said.
Lea and Corey were dating at the time of his death from a drug and alcohol overdose in 2013. “Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so,” she tweeted on the second anniversary of his death.
