Sam Smih Accepts Billboard Music Award Using Flash Cards After Vocal Surgery.
Sam Smith won the Billboard Music Award for Top Male Artist Sunday night but unfortunately, he is recovering from vocal surgery and couldn’t attend the awards.
Being unable to speak, Sam was inspired by Love Actually and filmed his acceptance speech using giant cue cards.
