Sofia Vergara’s ex-fiance has Major Win in Battle for Frozen Embryos

When Sofia Vergara and her ex-fiance Nick Loeb were together, they had some embryo’s frozen for when they were ready to have children together.

Last year, Nick sued Sofia to keep her from destroying the two embryo’s that they had created.

Most people have favoured Sofia in the situation – however, a Judge has sided with Nick and has said that he has every right to fight for the embryo’s.

Superior Court Judge Lawrence Cho has ruled that 39-year-old Nick can file an amended lawsuit seeking custody of the frozen embryos.

According to reports, Sofia’s attorney fought against the litigation, arguing in court that Nick filed the amended lawsuit for attention!

However, his attorney says that Nick sees the two embryos as his children, insisting: “He does believe that they are his daughters.”

Sofia, who is now engaged to Magic Mike hottie Joe Mangiello, has made it very clear that she wants this lawsuit over and done with very quickly.
