Tracy Grimshaw has opened up about the horse riding accident that saw her airlifted to hospital earlier this month.
On May 7th, Tracy was airlifted to Westmead Hospital with head injuries when she was riding her horse.
A CareFlight spokesperson said at the time that she was knocked unconscious and had no memory of the fall.
She returned to work on A Current Affair last night and urged people to be safe when riding horses.
“I got off comparatively lightly, mostly due to wearing a helmet,” she said.
“I have no doubt I would have been dead without it.”
