What is Zing Wellbeing?

Zing Wellbeing is the brainchild of Rhian Allen, who some of you may know as the founder of the hugely popular The Healthy Mummy. Having sold The Healthy Mummy business in 2022 after 12 years of helping hundreds of thousands of postpartum mums lose baby weight through diet and exercise, Rhian took 2 ½ years away from the health space and is now shifting her focus away from weight loss, and towards a more holistic approach to women’s health. Rhian’s goal with Zing Wellbeing which she launched in July this year, is to give women the tools they need to improve their overall wellbeing, including mental health, gut health, fitness, and nutrition. The program is also particularly supportive of women going through different life stages, such as perimenopause and menopause, and offers specialised meal plans and challenges that focus on balancing hormones, improving gut health and addressing bloating.

Whilst the overarching message is ‘food is medicine,’ the Zing Wellbeing programs offer more than just an impressive collection of 500 recipes. If there is one thing that Rhian has proven over the past 2 decades it’s her ability to create a community of supportive, non-judgmental women. In addition to a dedicated Facebook group where participants can connect, support, and motivate one another, Zing Wellbeing also provides group coaching with experts in mental health, fitness, and nutrition.

What a Zing Wellbeing Membership Includes

By joining the Zing Wellbeing program you will have access to:

  • Over 500 recipes (all of which focus on food as medicine)

Jolene

Jolene enjoys writing, sharing and connecting with other like-minded women online – it also gives her the perfect excuse to ignore Mount-Washmore until it threatens to bury her family in an avalanche of Skylander T-shirts and Frozen Pyjama pants. (No one ever knows where the matching top is!) Likes: Reading, cooking, sketching, dancing (preferably with a Sav Blanc in one hand), social media, and sitting down on a toilet seat that one of her children hasn’t dripped, splashed or sprayed on. Dislikes: Writing pretentious crap about herself in online bio’s and refereeing arguments amongst her offspring.
