Disney Junior Holiday Preview
One of my favourite perks of blogging is being able to take my son to wonderful events. I was so excited to receive an invite to morning tea and I knew bub would love it and I would too just quietly!
The event was held at Hoyts Entertainment Quarter. The reception area of Studio 12 was transformed into a Disney wonderland with lots of toys, balloons, a play area for the kids and samples of the new Disney Jnr product range. There were yummy treats to snack on, delicious fruit cocktails, Disney cupcakes, lollies and popcorn. My favourite kind of breakfast!
Guests were seated in an intimate cinema to watch previews of Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins (my fave), Mickey Mouse and The Neverland Pirates. Overloaded with goodies we settled in to watch the movie. My son is 2 years old and I was worried that he might be too young to enjoy it so I prepared
for a hasty retreat. I was very surprised that he sat through the entire showing, completely transfixed! He loved all of the characters especially the pirates. He is an avid Nick Jnr fan so I was very impressed and am thinking of making the switch! To make that transition easier we received DVD’s, CD’s and books to take home that bub absolutely loves! Dora who?
I left with a very happy son carrying a gift bag in one hand and a massive bunch of balloons in the other. I don’t know how I managed to get them in the car!
Thanks Disney Junior for inviting us to such a lovely event! I forgot how much I love Disney too.
