Larry the Cat Celebrates 12 Days of Christmas The Only Way a Cat Knows How
Larry the Cat is the official Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office of 10 Downing Street — in other words, he’s the cat that lives at the British Prime Minister’s house in London. This slightly plump tabby rescue cat has served in office since 2011 and is looked after by Downing Street staff. And he has one hell of a personality.
Larry the Cat has shared his 12 Days of Christmas to his popular Twitter account, presumably with the help of his staff. Or perhaps not, who am I to assume his capabilities?
It certainly sounds like it was written by a cat:
On the first day of Christmas my true love sent to me, a partridge in a pear tree. Ate it.

Just perfect! Love your work, Larry!
Also, while we’re on a 12 Days of Christmas theme, allow me to share with you my favourite Christmas carol of all time. Frank Kelly’s The Twelve Days of Christmas. I can’t listen to this without tears of laughter running down my cheeks as he becomes more and more unhinged by the gifts.
Merry Christmas, everyone!
