The “Gripping Food With Force” Social Media Account Is Our New Favourite Stress Reliever
If there’s one thing we need right now, it’s a way to relieve our stress without another trip to the bottle shop! This social media account might be the perfect thing to blow off a little steam with just the right amount of crazy to make it fun.
Creatively titled “Gripping Food with Force”, the account does exactly what it says on the tin – a constant barrage of before and after photos of people squishing a whole bunch of different foods into a pulpy mess. And it is just the ticket to momentarily easy those tensed shoulders and tightly clenched jaw.
Corey Mckittrick created the Twitter page in July with the goal of entertaining people. Thousands of followers later, he now receives more than 400 image submissions a day. “I was very surprised when people started actually sending in their own,” he said. “Then people started trying to out-do each other, adding to the creativity.”
With accounts on Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, you are sure to feel all that nervous energy evaporating in seconds. For example…
