Hi, I’m Cass — a mum of three based in Brisbane and the founder of Nourishy, Australia’s trusted breast milk freeze-drying service.
Like many of you, my breastfeeding journey was a mix of joy and exhaustion. Between cluster feeding, pumping around the clock, meeting work deadlines, and keeping up with family life, I ended up with a freezer full of precious breast milk — but no practical way to travel with it or make the most of it.
