Bride Serves Up Food For Wedding Guests In a Kid’s Inflatable Pool

A bride shared photos of her food preparations leading up to her wedding recently and honestly it was a gastro-fest just waiting to happen!

The bride in question horrified people after sharing her dangerous wedding catering ‘hack’ where she chose to prepare 13kg of pasta salad and store it in a kid’s inflatable pool. What the actual F was she thinking?!

Consisting of pasta, olives, cherry tomatoes, salami and cheese, the dish was sitting in a kid’s pool all ready for the wedding reception. Next to  a photo of the pasta salad, she wrote: “Wedding food prep day three…30 lbs of pasta salad. (Yes, that’s an inflatable pool).”

The photo ended up on a Funny Wedding Page on Facebook where commenters were quick to point out that her ‘hack’ had the potential to poison her whole wedding party. 

“Day three…so presumably the wedding is still some days away. They’re going to literally kill guests with unrefrigerated pasta salad. Bacillus cereus is no joke!” one group member wrote.

“I feel at this point I would definitely dox them and send this image to people on their friends list to tell them to pass this info along. This could honestly kill people,” added a second.

“How long will it sit in that pool?? Pasta can kill you once it grows bacteria! Never eat old pasta!” another said.

“Omg ew wtf. Are they trying to murder their entire wedding? Pasta is so dangerous when not kept properly!” a fourth added.

People were just grossed out that food would be served from a plastic pool.

“Oh that thing my toddlers peed in all summer? It doubles as a serving tray!” said a member.

“The option for aluminium pans was RIGHT THERE,” added a second.

“If I was invited to that wedding and saw this post I would immediately be changing my RSVP to ‘no’,” wrote another.
