Mum Dresses Daughter as Recovering Plastic Surgery Patient for Halloween
A young girl has been spotted dressed up as a recovering plastic surgery patient for Halloween and commenters are not happy. Do you think it’s just a bit of Halloween fun? Or totally inappropriate?
The toddler was filmed in Cartegena, Colombia, dressed as though she was recovering from BBL surgery (Breast & Butt Lift) and dragging along an IV drip on wheels. The “Lipo Costume,” was posted by Liliana Padilla on TikTok, and has already gone viral for all the wrong reasons. Commenters were mortified to see a young girl no older than 5, photographed in a post-op outfit of someone who’s recently had her breasts and butt augmented.
The young girl’s chest and rear are padded with stuffing as she pushes something around made to look like a fake IV drip. Padilla, isn’t the child’s mother, captioned the video, “You see everything in Cartagena.” So far it’s been viewed more than 33 million times and reshared on various social media platforms.

While some found the costume funny, others saw the dangerous side to dressing a young child in such an age inappropriate costume.
“It’s so wrong, but it’s ssooo funny, but it’s soon wrong,” someone wrote.
“So sad, it was the mum, not her,” one TikTok user wrote, with 3 thumbs-down emojis.
“WoW. So wrong on so many levels,” another person added.
“I think attention-seeking adults need to stop sexualizing children and using them to go viral.”
And some people said that yes, this costume was wrong, but it could’ve been so much worse.
“Outraged at a BBL costume and it’s ppl walkin round as Jeffrey Dahmer. Ppl really focus on the wrong things with the fake a– outrage,” one person pointed out.
What do you think? Is it all in good fun or totally inappropriate?
