Woman Is Mortified to Discover Google Images Picked Up a Raunchy Video Of Her and Sent It to Her Mum!
Technology is great isn’t it? I mean with just one tap of a button you can make a photo album to send to your nearest and dearest. Which is exactly what one loving daughter did for her mum. Except this collage of photos included an x-rated video of her doing some ‘unspeakable and un-Godly things!’
Kara Tonin, from Canada shared her unfortunate mishap to TikTok blaming Google images for the mortifying mistake. She explained to her followers that all she wanted to do was make a nice photo album for her mum containing pictures of her son Josh.

“This is a PSA for anyone who uses Google photos or any photo app that has facial recognition,” Kara begins. She goes on to explain that Google photos has a function where it can detect certain faces in photo is. A facial recognition function of sorts. It’s an incredible tool really. All you have to do is type someone’s name and the algorithm will collate all the photos in your camera roll with that person in them. “And then you can make an album of that person and share it with your friends and family,” she explained. “Isn’t technology incredible? A little too f***** incredible if you ask me.”
Kara then went on to say that she had decided to “spice things up in the bedroom” with her partner so her camera roll contained a NSFW video.
“So I made a R-rated video where I was doing unspeakable, un-Godly things and Google photos picked up a very small picture of my son in the background on my fridge,” she said.
So what happened next, you may ask? Google photos then detected the picture of her son, which was in some photo in the background, and added THAT video to her mum’s photo album. OMG!!
“I’m so sorry mum,” Kara ended the video.
Kara’s mishap soon attracted a slew of comments like these: “Hello, I work with Google and our team is always trying to improve our software so it would be so kind of you to send the video thank you,” one person said.
“I don’t believe you. I’m going to have to review this video of yours,” said another.
Seriously! How would you ever be able to look at your mother again? Hahaha!
