David Beckham is one of the top footballers in the world at the moment and perhaps of all time as well. He has played internationally for England in three World Cups as well as long term contracts with Manchester United, Real Madrid and LA Galaxy.  He has been credited with helping make soccer “cooler” in the baseball/grid iron/basketball saturated US.
