Dealing with Knotted Hair

Anyone with a small child will know the pain of knotted hair.

Even 5 mins after washing it, they somehow manage to get it tangled and crazy!

My daughter is obsessed with Rapunzel so her goal is to have beautiful, long hair just like the princess. For a while there I thought this was going to be nearly impossible! That was until I found my Holy Grail kid’s hair products.

If you have never used a detangling spray for you little ones, stop right now and get yourself down to Coles or Woolies right now and pick one up! Palmolive have one out called “Fasion Girl Rose Petals” which can be used on wet or dry hair and this is now makes doing hair so much easier and pain free. Plus it smells heavenly! My daughter loves it and so do I.

When my daughter’s hair was becoming more like “adult” hair and wasn’t so much baby hair anymore, we found baby shampoo just wasn’t cutting it anymore. But it was so hard losing the No More Tears aspect that baby products offer. Trying to get both a round of shampoo and rinsing and then conditioner and rinsing again some nights was like World War Three so I went looking for something other than my normal Herbal Essences (which I absolutely adore).

Organic Care have a children’s range for 3 in 1 Conditioning Shampoos which also can be used as a body wash! My daughter loves using it for bubble baths.

There’s one for girls which has a fairy on it and is Berry Bliss and there’s also one for boys which has a dinosaur on it and is Fruit Blast.
They make bath time fun and washing hair quick and easy and smell amazing!

So there you have it, my two favourite products for making your little ones hair smell yummy and make tangles a thing of the past.
Until next time.

(No one ever knows where the matching top is!) Likes: Reading, cooking, sketching, dancing (preferably with a Sav Blanc in one hand), social media, and sitting down on a toilet seat that one of her children hasn’t dripped, splashed or sprayed on. Dislikes: Writing pretentious crap about herself in online bio’s and refereeing arguments amongst her offspring.
