Have you ever noticed how a spot almost always appears right before a big event? Whether you’re a teenager dealing with the tumultuous hormones of puberty or an adult whose skin didn’t get the memo that you’re all grown up and have no need for teenage spots anymore, thank you very much, dealing with acne at any age can be blow to your confidence and self esteem. But, as with anything, the first step to tackling any problem is to arm yourself with the correct information.
