Beston’s Oven Baked Fries Recipe

Beston’s Oven Baked Fries Recipe

Beston’s Oven-Baked Spicy Fries are the fries to make when you want healthy, crispy fries with NO oil. The trick to getting them crisp is a spicy coating of egg white, then simply bake in the oven to crispy perfection using Beston’s market farm fresh potatoes. Then take them to another level with organic tomato sauce or Grund’s Smoky Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

4 Beston’s market farm fresh potatoes, skin on cut into strips
1 egg white
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp cayenne powder
pinch of cumin
cracked black pepper

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200C. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Whisk the egg white and spices together in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss to combine. Spread them out evenly on the baking trays. Do not over-lap and if possible, don’t allow them to touch (otherwise they will stick together).

Bake for around 35 minutes or until golden and crisp.
