Christmas Tree Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie box mix (I used Betty Crocker)
Vanilla icing with a few drops of green colouring
Red & green M&M’s or sprinkles
Candy canes with the hook top broken off

Method

• Pre-heat oven to 180c. Line a rectangle brownie tray with baking paper.
• Make & bake brownie mix as directed on box.
• Cool for about 1 ½ hours
• Remove from tray & cut the brownie into 3 rows, then cut each row into
• triangles (see diagram)
• Make the icing & pipe onto the trees. Decorate with M&M’s & sprinkles
• Insert the broken end of the candy cane in to the end to make the trunk.
