WeetBix Balls Recipe (5 Ingredients, No Bake)
Some mornings you just don’t have the energy to fight about breakfast. My toddler point-blank refused her Weetbix th either day, so instead of tipping it in the bin, I threw it in the blender with a few things from the pantry and turned them into a snack instead. Of course, my daughter ate them thinking she was getting a treat, when in reality they’re full of the good stuff.
It’s a five ingredient, no bake recipe, and it takes about five minutes. If you’ve got a kid who goes through phases of refusing breakfast or food that they used to love (or you just want something to throw in the lunchbox that isn’t packaged and processed), this is worth keeping in your snack arsenal.

What you need:
3 Weetbix
4-5 pitted dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
100s and 1000s, to decorate (I used the Coles brand)

That’s it! They’ll keep in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days…if they last that long!
