Product-LOVE: I’m a Parent? The Inner Truth Journal
Those of you who know me, or have been around these ‘ere parts for a little while, will know that when I find something I love, and I think other people will love, I can’t rave about it enough (particularly if there is wine, cheese and crackers present!)
So…I wanted to share my latest product-love with you…although, if I’d have had more time (and not been toting a tired Foghorn with me) I have no doubt I would have found many more things to enthuse about in the Hart & Heim store at Melbourne Central Shopping Centre. Don’t worry they have a Hart & Heim website too, incase there isn’t a store near you.
Yesterday I attended a blogging event (more to come on that later) and was gifted a box full of beautiful gifts from various stores in the shopping centre. I know, spoilt much? As Foghorn grabbed out the bag of cookies and whooped for joy, a book caught my eye.

Incase you can’t read the words on the image it says:
I’m a Parent?
A journal to ponder the unfathomable circumstance that I somehow have offspring even though I have no idea what I’m doing but it sure seems like everybody else does because they’re not stinting on the advice as if I don’t love my kid(s) which of course I do but the little bugger(s) are going to need therapy no matter and in all honesty I couldn’t adore them more but sometimes I think I’m going out of my mind with frustration and self-doubt.
Come to Mumma!
Yes…now you can see why (after the event finished) I high-tailed it to the Hart & Heim store and bought two more copies of this to give as gifts to my girlfriends alng with this moustache pacifier for my friends new bub! I couldn’t resist!
RRP $14.95
Inside are 70 fun, thought-provoking, and sympathetic-prompts that encourage us to document some of the feelings we experience whilst parenting, whilst also reminding us that really, despite our anxieties, we are really doing the best we can…and that is exactly the sentiment that prompted me to start blogging.
There are more books in the Inner-Truth Journal range.
