Mum’s Video Interview Hilariously Interrupted By Her Daughter With Questions On Interior Design!
Working from home with children poses all sorts of problems as one woman found out recently during a live interview with the BBC.
Dr. Clare Wenham was being interviewed via video by BBC presenter Christian Fraser when her young daughter hilariously appeared in the background trying to figure out where to best place her unicorn picture.
The clip, which has now been viewed over 3 million times, shows Scarlett in the background in front of her book shelf while her mum, a global health policy expert, discussed lockdown measures imposed to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
The assistant professor of global health policy at the London School of Economics continued talking for more than a minute about the issues of getting access to testing data, while Scarlett continued to try to get her attention, eventually climbing on the desk waving her artwork.

Mum eventually lifted her out of the way and Scarlett walked to the back of the room where she continued trying to choose the best shelf to display her artwork.
After much back and forth from Scarlett, the host decided to give his honest opinion: “Scarlett, I think it looks better on the lower shelf…and it’s a lovely unicorn!”
Fortunately, the host was totally unfazed by the inquisitive young girl and even remarked how much he’d learned during the interview. “This is the most informative interview I’ve done all day,” he joked.
How darn cute? I’d love to know why Scarlett wanted to know the presenter’s name though. It looked like she had a lot more to say to Christian, don’t you agree!
