Woman Claims To Have Lost Weight By Eating McDonalds Three Times A Day!
Forget the Paleo or Atkins Diet if you’re looking to lose weight. One Taiwanese woman says she managed to lose 15kg by…wait for it…eating McDonalds not once but THREE times a day!
The unnamed woman who works at a McDonald’s store in Taiwan says a colleague prompted the weight loss by saying she had chunky thighs. That’s when she decided to to try and lose weight by eating food only available at her workplace- McDonalds!
Taking to social media, the McDonalds worker says she overheard her colleague commenting on her weight and later thanked her for prompting the decision to lose the fat.
“Without you, I may still be over 70 kilograms. I work at McDonald’s and eat it three times a day,” she said.
She even outlined the food she consumed in order to lose the weight.
“I don’t touch French fries, fried chicken skin, apple pies, burger buns or sugary drinks. I only eat the burger meat, lettuce, eggs, crispy chicken wings, non-sugary drinks and peeled fried chicken.”
Adding that to curb her sugar cravings she drank sugar-free green tea, sugar-free black tea and Coke Zero while managing to drink water the rest of the time.
In just a short month the Taiwanese woman says she dropped a whole dress size going from a Medium to a Small. In addition to the diet junk food diet, exercise was also a key factor in her dropping the kilos.
“I would run 10 laps at least three or four times a week,” she said. “I would also go to the gym sometimes. My hard work was well worth it.”
When asked for diet advice by friends she says just eat what you want when you want! “There are so many delicious things in the world, if you don’t eat it, it would be such a waste,” she added.
Hmmmm. Not too sure about this Maccas diet, I mean it’s great that it worked for this woman but I’m sure there are healthier ways to drop the kilos. What do you think?
