Soulara Review: Fresh, Flavourful, and Fully Plant-Powered Meal Delivery

Whether you have already embraced a plant-based lifestyle, or like me, are curious about the benefits of eating less meat, and incorporating a more varied range of veggies and plant-based proteins into your diet,Soulara offers busy people a stress-free way to enjoy plant-powered meals.

If you are looking to embrace a more sustainable and plant-focused lifestyle but are unsure where to start or are too time poor, Soulara’s dietitian-designed menu made with wholesome ingredients, vibrant flavours, and balanced nutrition, is the perfect place to start.

6 Things I Love About Soulara Meal Delivery Service

100% Plant-Based

All Soulara meals are crafted with plant-powered ingredients, making them suitable for vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians.

Nutritionally Balanced

Soulara meals are designed by nutritionists to ensure that they include the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients that our bodies need. In fact, menu features over 250 individual ingredients, so you can be confident that your body is benefiting from a full range of essential nutrients.

Real Food with None of the Nasties

Soulara prioritises fresh produce in their meals. Not only are they made in a kitchen, (not a factory) they do not contain added preservatives, or flavour enhancers, and are designed to be low in sugar, and rich in iron and calcium.

Time-Saving Convenience

When I consider the time and cost that would be involved in shopping for ingredients, as well as prepping and cooking them to create similar plant-based meals in my kitchen at home, having them delivered straight to my door, neatly packaged and ready to heat and eat is far more convenient. Like many working mums I love the idea of taking better care of my health, but I’m perpetually time poor, often putting my kids needs before my own. Having these meals ready and waiting for me was such a treat and felt like an act of self-care…something most of us should focus on doing more of!

Flexible Meals Plans

Not only does Soulara offer a variety of plans allowing you to customise your order to your needs based on your dietary preference and portion sizes, but they also offer a no-lock in contract, so you can set it so that your favourite meals are delivered on the regular or cancel at any time.

Focus on Sustainability

Soulara compost all their food scraps, and their delivery cartons and trays are 100% recyclable, so you can feel good about doing your bit for the environment as well as your body!

The Verdict

By offering delicious, nutrient rich meals, Soulara makes it easy to make healthy and sustainable eating simple and enjoyable. I loved that I could give my system a break from processing meat for a couple of weeks without having to cook one meal for my meat-loving family, and then another for myself. I also prioritise getting adequate protein in my diet, so I was pleasantly surprised that eating plant-based meals didn’t mean eating less protein. I also experienced less bloating after meals, so I guess my digestive system felt the benefit of taking a break from meat too.

Whether you’re a busy professional, and environmentally conscious eater, or someone like me, who simply wants to add more plant-based meals to their diet (without adding more work), Soulara delivers affordable convenience and nutrition without compromising on taste.

(No one ever knows where the matching top is!) Likes: Reading, cooking, sketching, dancing (preferably with a Sav Blanc in one hand), social media, and sitting down on a toilet seat that one of her children hasn’t dripped, splashed or sprayed on. Dislikes: Writing pretentious crap about herself in online bio’s and refereeing arguments amongst her offspring.
