INGREDIENTS: 2 puff pastry sheets 1 packet of Cottees vanilla pudding 300ml of thickened cream Bananas Caramel topping Melted butter METHOD: STEP ONE: Leave the puff pastry to thaw on the bench. STEP TWO: Mix the pudding powder and cream together in a bowl. STEP THREE: Either mash or slice your banana according to your preference. STEP FOUR: Brush one side of one of the sheets of pastry with butter, and place it face down on your waffle maker. STEP FIVE: Layer your banana, caramel topping, and pudding mixture into each well. STEP SIX: Place the 2nd puff pastry sheet on top, brush with butter. STEP SEVEN: Cook for 5 minutes. Warning: The filling will be piping hot so take care when devouring your new favourite snack!
