Playgroup WA World’s Biggest Playgroup Day – 10 am – 1 pm Wednesday 20th March 2013 – Whiteman Park will be bustling with activities and entertainment for the whole family. This year we have heaps of great Playgroup WA activities, Jump Star bringing along 3 huge trampolines for those with endless energy, Cubbihouse performing live, face painters, balloon twisters, a bouncy castle, an animal farm and so much more!!

Naturalise Marine Discovery Centre Open Day – 10 am – 4 pm Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March 2013 – As a part of the action of the BIA Hillarys Boat Show, the Naturaliste Marine Discovery Centre will be open on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March 2013 for an exciting weekend of discovery! From 10am – 4pm there will be FREE entry into the NMDC and plenty of family fun activities for everyone.

The Claisebrook Carnivale & Duck Derby for Telethon – 9am – 4pm Sunday 24 March, 2013 – There’ll be no ducking the fun when 15,000 rubber duckies hit the water to fight (or float) it out to be crowned king of the cove at the 3rd annual Duck Derby for Telethon! While the ducks are lining up to tussle for Duck Derby honours, Victoria Gardens will host the Claisebrook Carnivale. Entry is free and there will be arts & crafts, market stalls, petting zoo, rides, face painting, live entertainment, fabulous food, loads of activities for the kids and much more!

The MAndurah Crabfest – 16 & 17 March 2013 – This exciting weekend festival features a plethora of fun and activities including live cooking displays with contestants from Channel Seven’s My Kitchen Rules and celebrities including chef Dale Sniffen, an En Plein Air Art competition, a jam-packed entertainment line-up on the children’s stage and the main stage, great food including many crab-inspired dishes and endless displays and demonstrations.

IGA Easter Treasure Hunt – Sunday 24 March 2013 9.00am – 1.30pm – Kidscan go on an exciting treasure trail searching for eggs and learn loads of interesting things about conservation and WA’s colourful past. There will als be a vintage train, jumping castles, face painters and more!
